1) After placing my order, how long until my item is shipped?
- Your item(s) will usually be shipped within 48 hours of purchase excluding weekends and holidays.
2) What type of service is used for shipping?
- Domestic items are either shipped through the United States Postal System by priority mail or first class mail with delivery confirmation. We have found this is the least expensive as well as most reliable service to use. Other services such as UPS as well as Fedex can be used at your request.
- International orders are shipped through the USPS by first class mail International which takes 7-10 mailing days to arrive. International orders can also be shipped by Priority mail International which takes approximately 5-7 mailing days to arrive.
3) What is your return policy?
- All of our products purchased from our website can be returned for any reason. The item(s) must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of purchase. The item must be in original condition and a copy of your receipt should be sent along as well (if available). If the receipt is not available, please include the date of your order, order number as well as customer ID. Your return may affect the original discount given on your order. Sales are final on all promotional items.
4) Is there a minimum order requirement?
- There is no minimum order on any of our products.
5) Do you sell wholesale?
- Our beads are already at wholesale prices
6) How can I pay for my order using a different payment method such as a money order/cashier's check?
- Our shopping cart and checkout is tied into our
credit card processor. To pay with a money order, simply shop as if you
were using a credit card and once your order form is complete, copy and paste
the order into an email and send it to us here. You will receive an email
from us letting you know where to send payment.
7) What should I do if I placed an order and never received an email confirmation?
- If you haven't received an email confirmation, please email us as soon as possible and we will let you know if for some reason, the order didn't go
through.
8) Can I backorder an out of stock item?
- At times some of the beads are very hard to come by so they may not be available for backorder.
9) Can I request an item that you don't currently have in stock?
- Yes, you may request an item that we don't currently have in stock. We will do our best to fulfill your needs.
